I made an appointment with Chris at European Car Care in Carrollton, and I can honestly say he is very kind, honest, and professional. His pricing is extremely fair, and I’m so happy I found his shop. He took the time to answer my questions and was very courteous throughout the entire process. I’ll be taking my car to him for a brake job, and I feel confident that my vehicle is in good hands. What really impressed me was that he did not charge me for the estimate. Many places charge for quotes, so I truly appreciated his honesty and customer service. Always quick service here. I have been taking my SMART car here for oil changes and maintenance the last few years. Hard to find someone to maintenance the Smart car but they always do!
